Joe started off as our rental property manager when we moved out-of-state, and did a fine job of helping to screen applicants, manage move-ins and move-outs, see to repairs, and advise on rents in comparison to other properties in the city. Having someone there to answer to the tenants’ needs promptly saved us a ton of hassle, and the monthly fee was quite low for the peace of mind it offered. He has a list of go-to service providers for cleaning, repairs, and even carpet and paint; I never needed to call and ask for quotes. When it came time to sell the condo, it was natural for Joe to take over as the selling agent. We planned the sale together, and Joe stayed within the budget for preparing the unit, including the staging furniture. Whenever there was a concern, we were sent an email, often with pictures, on the same day the issue appeared.
